PACE Ltd was formed by our Directors one Friday afternoon whilst having an end of week yarn; where they discovered a dire need for quality property & construction advice in the Auckland marketplace.
Being active builders, property investors, and developers themselves, they have been at the tail end of many misinformed transactions with consultants giving text book advice with no practical, hands on experience.
After many chats to rectify this gap in the marketplace, our team with collective experience of 30+ years, got some pace in our step and...
